A Spooktacular Halloween Collection

The Solution
Inspired by enchanted folklore, hypnotic spells, and storybook theatre, we created a richly layered packaging system that brought the collection to life. Painterly illustrations echoed the sculptural quality of the handcrafted chocolates, while intricate patterns referenced the rhythm and movement of spellcasting.

Each design was paired with its own piece of enchanted poetry, woven throughout the sides and interiors of the packaging to deepen the storytelling experience and enhance the unboxing ritual. From Ghosts and Ravens to the Coffin Assortment and Halloween Cats, every pack was designed to reflect the personality of the chocolate inside, mysterious, playful, and full of charm.

The Impact
The collection elevated Burdick’s Halloween range into a premium seasonal gifting experience. The work was recognised with a FAB Design Award, celebrating its creativity, craftsmanship, and standout seasonal appeal.
